Naturally, I also worked in H.R. for some great companies and interesting people. I am certified in Development Dimensions International's Interaction Management™, Personnel Decisions International's 360° Profiler™, CPP’s Myers-Briggs Type Indicator™ and Hogan Assessment Systems. The most exciting part of my career to date has been the opportunity and good fortune to create the concept and to co-author the web-based learning and career development systems EmploymentTalk™ and iCareerManager. Director and Client Solutions Practice Leader
Rhiannon leads Learning and Development at Insala in three key areas - for the Insala Team, our Clients and our Partners. She has designed the Insala Consulting Partners Development Program and is currently working closely with other senior colleagues in Business Development to deliver a program that enables the global sales team to sell our products and services. Team members deliver training to administrators as standard in all client implementations.Based in London with 15 years of experience in learning and development, she has expertise in the areas of organizational development, training, Human Resources, job evaluation and competency model design and general management in both the service sector and regulatory environment. In addition to being a registered Practitioner of the Prince2 Project Management qualification, she is a graduate and active member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD).
Judy Corner
Director of Consulting
Judy’s focus is on mentoring, succession planning, job profiling, competency development and performance management. Judy has consulted and provided specialized human resource consulting services to medium and large organizations for over twenty-two years. Clients both national and international in scope and covered public, private, governmental and non-profit sectors.Specifically in the area of mentoring, during the last twenty years, Judy has designed and delivered mentoring workshops, mentor and mentee Training, a complete mentoring process product – Hi-Impact Mentoring® - in both handbook and on-line versions, various focused and subject tailored mentoring products, and published a range of articles on the subject of mentoring. In addition, she is a speaker at various organizational conferences and functions and has delivered the entire Mentoring Process within varied industries for many Fortune 1000 organizations.
Another major area of expertise surrounds the concepts of integrated human resource and performance systems. To deliver this, Judy consults with an organization's business and human resource departments to ensure that the recruitment, selection, succession planning, career pathing, performance management, training, and reward segments are integrated and functioning together. All offerings are based upon the behavioral identification and classification of skills/competencies required to perform various job roles.
Many individuals want to help an organization be the best that it can be, but Judy believes that it starts with each individual. "If we help individuals be the best they can be, then the organization will automatically be the best that it can be."
Prior to this Judy had 14 years experience in sales, marketing, management, and organizational development in the newspaper industry. This varied background, in addition to undergraduate studies at University of Florida and Elmhurst College and graduate level work at Chicago's DePaul University provide both academic and real world experiences to transfer to a client assignment.
Stephen Grindrod
Global Marketing Director
Stephen drives Insala's overall global interactive communication and marketing strategy. He employs his technical user interface expertise and marketing skills to link together internal and external audiences for Insala’s products and messages. He oversees online and offline marketing campaigns, marketing communications, and public relations, and manages website development both internally and externally for Insala’s clients.Stephen brings extensive online marketing and technical website experience from leading interactive and communication companies including FT.com, Via Michelin, Icon Media and Lastminute.com (now part of Travelocity Europe), where he developed and led sales channel expansions for their partner and private label websites.
Stephen received his Bachelor of Science with Honours from The University of Liverpool, UK, where he studied Computer Information Systems. Originally from Manchester, Stephen has lived and worked in various European cities including Barcelona, Paris and London.
Doug Maxwell
Chief Technology Officer
Doug W. Maxwell, Chief Technology Officer, leads Insala's strategic technology initiatives and serves as chief architect. Doug is an original founder of Insala responsible for initial design and development of all technical operations. Doug's entrepreneurial passion remains evident through his talent for cross-functional skills application and innovative software design concepts.Doug is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a Master of Science degree in Horticulture. His experiences prior to Insala include distance education programs including web-based courses in website design and various horticultural topics as well as founding several web development organizations. He was also involved in numerous research programs including the Texas A&M University Fellows program and today applies those scientific concepts to Insala's software development initiatives. Doug and Insala were named to the inaugural selection of the Aggie 100, a program recognizing the 100 fastest growing organizations founded by graduates of Texas A&M University.
With this unique experience, Doug leads and develops the technical team responsible for creating and supporting the Insala Solution Suite. This has included the expansion from the original EmploymentTalk application to a multi-module Suite of applications serving such needs as career development, career transition, organizational development, and talent management.
Matt Adams
Executive Vice President, Customer Services
Matt enthusiastically leads the customer services and account management processes that keep Insala running smoothly and servicing customers effectively. Matt is also an Insala founding partner.
Matt has a Master of Arts Degree in Communication from West Texas A&M University. He has been recognized by the American Forensic Association as one of the nation's top speakers and was voted as a three-time consecutive Best Speaker by colleagues in the state of Texas.
With almost 20 years of professional and academic experience, Matt facilitates and shares human capital consulting techniques and communication strategies with career services professionals globally and is a key component in Insala's service delivery process for hundreds of consulting firms.

Morgan O'Brien
Vice President, Business Development
Morgan brings more than 15 years of experience in Human Capital Management and Consulting to his work as Vice President, Business Development at Insala. Throughout his career, Morgan has partnered with key executives to address human capital, training, and career transition needs. Morgan has spoken on career development issues at numerous professional association events on a National and local level.Morgan was responsible for establishing Insala’s relationships with such benchmark clients as The Coca-Cola Company, AIG, United Technologies and Vanguard among many others. “I am truly energized when working creatively with clients. When we break new ground by coming up with an innovative solution, application or intervention to meet their needs my job is incredibly gratifying. At Insala, we are all about creating shared success for the client organization and employees and that is incredibly meaningful to me.”
Prior moving to Texas to work with Insala, Morgan worked in the employee mobility industry, as an Organizational Development consultant at the United Nations Development Programme and for several boutique human resource consulting firms in the New York area. He has a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Connecticut and has attended the Advanced Management Skills training program at Fairfield University.
Christine De Cock
Vice President of Client Solutions
Christine De Cock is Vice President of Client Services Europe for Insala. She brings with her over 20 years of international experience in the outplacement and career management industries, mostly in Europe.Christine's primary focus is to support and expand the European market, employing the Insala Solution Suite. In previous functions, Christine was Product Manager for a management evaluation and development software company; she also served as a Qualified Group Outplacement Consultant and Office Manager. Prior to joining Insala, Christine focused on growing European HR relationships, as well as implementing and coordinating international projects, both for career management services and for internal technology developments with a leading global talent solutions organization.
Christine is a member of the American Chamber of Commerce in Belgium and is multi-lingual speaking Dutch, English, French, German and Italian. In Ghent, Belgium, Christine graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Economics/Business Administration and Modern Languages.
Belinda Marklew
Client Solutions Manager
Belinda Marklew brings more than 20 years experience working in people development to her role as Client Solutions Manager for Insala. Having worked across the public, private and not-for-profit sectors, her expertise spans talent management, capability development and organisational change.Belinda’s role focuses on the support and development of client and partner relationships, employing the Insala range of web based Talent Management and Career Development tools. Her previous roles have included Learning and Development Management within a large financial services organisation and consultancy focusing on leadership, team and organisational development. She has worked at the individual level, for example as a career transition coach, as well as with large groups and whole organisations undergoing transformation. Belinda has specialised in working with senior teams to establish leadership behaviours which enable alignment between individual behaviours and the achievement of strategic and operational goals.
Having completed her MA in Management Learning at Lancaster University, Belinda’s research topics included networked learning, evaluation of learning, mentoring and coaching.
Beth Kniss
Subject Matter Expert, Partner
Beth’s focus is on career research. With over 20 years of experience in the career management, outplacement, and human resources fields, Beth has managed Insala’s global Research and Development team. She successfully built a highly qualified group of global career researchers based in various countries around the world to support Insala’s clients. Additionally Beth has been involved with marketing efforts and functional product development while at Insala.Beth’s foundation in the industry stems from 15 years of experience in various human resources roles in Boston's higher education arena. Previous to joining Insala, Beth worked with hundreds of executives supporting their career research needs and has presented numerous workshops on "Careering on the Internet." Beth holds a B.A. degree from Connecticut College.
